Tucsonans are still talking about the recent snowstorm which left the city covered in snow late Sunday evening and blanketed much of campus on Monday. Students headed to class, with hats and scarves on, smiling and laughing at the odd sighting of snow at the UA.

Pride Night
The University of Arizona's State Relations office is hosting Pride Night in Phoenix on Feb 6th. If you have received your invitation, please send it in promptly, as the deadline is fast approaching. If you did not receive an invitation and would like to attend, call the State Relations' office in Phoenix at 602-212-1717 or send an e-mail to choub@email.arizona.edu.
Pride Night provides an opportunity for you to meet your legislators in an informal setting, become reacquainted with all aspects of the University, meet with other alums, and have fun, at no cost to you. Buses are even available to transport those of you who live in Tucson to Phoenix and back.
Three Supreme Court Justices in Law School Lineup
Three of the country's most distinguished jurists have recently committed to teach or speak at The University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law within the next three years. ( read more)
Archaeologists Find Earliest Evidence of Modern Humans in Eastern Europe
A University of Arizona archaeologist is a member of a team of scientists that has uncovered new evidence that modern humans moved out of Africa and occupied parts of eastern Europe as early as 45,000 years ago. (read more)
