The purpose of the University of Arizona Alumni Band shall be :
- To foster a spirit of interest & cooperation among band alumni toward the University of Arizona.
- To support the UA Band & their Directors.
- To encourage acquaintances and fellowship between alumni & current band members.
- To strive for greater recognition of UA Band programs.
- To be constantly alert for, and to stimulate the discovery of, potential talent in high schools for the UA Bands.
- To create good will for the UA Bands.
- To encourage respect for the high standards which the UA Bands strives to uphold.
