Minutes from November 6, 1999 Full Membership Meeting of the UAAB

Approximately 70 members in attendance.

Items of Business Conducted:

• 1. Revision of By-laws - A proposed revision of the By-laws adopted November 7, 1992 was presented and approved. The changes made expanded the Board’s members-at-large by 2 to a total of 8, and revised the terms of office so that three members are elected each year. One of the new positions will be filled for one year and the other for two years. Also changed was the method for filling vacancies that occur in Board positions between elections, so that they are elected by the remaining members of the Board, instead of appointment by just the President.

• 2. Election of Board Members to fill vacancies. - The following people were elected to the board:
  President-elect - Dave Ball
  Secretary - Monica Jasso
  Members at large - 2 years

  Member at large - 1 year - Mike Coyle
