• 2:00 Motion by Steve Smith for UAAB to subsidize UA Alumni Membership dues
  Seconded by Bryan Pierson
  Discussion: Officers will still pay dues to UAAB and a check for the amount of the UA Alumni dues will be written to each officer.
  Motion passes by a unanimous vote.

• 2:25 Motion by Steve Smith to amend UAAB by-laws to reflect the Alumni Assoc new requirement that officers be dues paying members of the UA Alumni Assoc.
  Seconded by Bryan Pierson
  Discussion: Article VI 601 – amended

  All officers, (Pres, Pres-Elect, Sec, Treas) upon election or appointment must immediately, in not already, become members of the UA Alumni Assoc and maintain that membership throughout the duration of their term of office.
